What are the prerequisites for enrolling in the ICF ACC Certification Program?her programs?
There are no strict prerequisites to enroll in our program. Having a passion for coaching and helping others is a great starting point. For experienced coaches, this is the first step on the ICF credentialling pathway. If you’re new to coaching, our foundational training will guide you through the core skills and competencies needed to succeed.
How long does it take to complete the program?
The program is designed to be completed within around 14 weeks, depending on your pace and availability. Youโll have access to both live training sessions and self-paced learning materials to accommodate your schedule. Our live in person programs condense the time for the live training sessions.
What happens when I sign up?
When you sign up for the Mindset Coach Academy’s ICF ACC Certification, you’ll be invited to:
- Set-up your password to access the pre-work content within our membership site.
- Access our recommended reading materials.
- Join our private Facebook Group to meet other program participants and find your accountability pod.
How are the 1:1 mentor coaching hours structured?
The 1:1 mentor coaching hours are personalised sessions with an experienced ICF mentor coach. These sessions focus on providing tailored feedback, refining your coaching techniques, and preparing you for the ICF evaluation. You can schedule these sessions at your convenience within the program duration.
What support is available for exam preparation?
Our program includes comprehensive exam preparation resources such as mock evaluations, practice questions, and study guides. Additionally, our mentors will provide guidance on what to expect in the ICF ACC exam, ensuring you’re fully prepared to succeed.
Are the group mentorship sessions mandatory?
Yes, the 7 hours of group mentor coaching are an essential part of the ICF certification requirements. These sessions provide valuable feedback, collaboration with peers, and an opportunity to learn from others’ experiences, which enhances your overall coaching skills.
Are there any refunds?
No. Once you enrol in the ICF ACC program, youโre committed to us and we are committed to you.
We work with you to ensure that you are confident and competent every step of the way. We are invested in your success โ as you are โ and therefore have regular touch base sessions and progress updates to ensure that youโre on-track, able to implement the learning and to answer any questions you may have.
What support is there if I get stuck?
We are 100% dedicated to helping you to succeed and as such, we make sure that you’re on-track and on-board every step of the way. There are weekly office hours, plus email and messenger support available throughout the program (and beyond!) to answer any questions you have, remove any barriers to your progress and get you moving again.
What if I don't finish before the course ends?
We know that sometimes “life” gets in the way. The unexpected happens.
What you can expect is support from us every step of the way so that you achieve your goals for completing the program.
If for some reason, you’re unable to complete all the course-work, you will have 6 months to access your 1:1 mentoring hours afer the program ends.
