Dr. Claire is a Pediatric Audiologist turned mindset coach by following her calling to support women be the role models they needed growing up. My extensive education and experience in my career as an Audiologist has provided me with a deep understanding of how communication and how the language we use determines our outcomes.
Growing up, I was a people pleasing girl that desperately wanted to fit in. After years of watering down my personality in hopes of acceptance, many times I was a shell of myself.
Fast forward to when I was in graduate school, and I had a 60-something old male supervisor that worked in private practice. He knew I wanted to work in pediatrics, but had to complete this rotation working with him. The senior Audiologist told me he thought I was, “too blonde, and too bubbly to be successful in private practice.” Even though I didn’t want to work in this area, his comment shattered my confidence. It made me retreat to inauthentic tendencies, like toning down my enthusiasm for life.
Once I found out I was expecting my first baby and I was having a girl, my entire life changed on the spot. Thoughts like, “How on Earth can I raise a confident daughter when I’m struggling myself?” This is when my wellness and healing journey began, and I’ve ever looked back.
When I discovered how amazing my life could feel and look by mastering my mindset, I become devoted in helping others do the same. By becoming a Certified Mindset Coach, Certified Hynotherapist, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, I can confidently help women learn how to harness the power of their minds for happiness and success. I’m so grateful for all the opportunities and people I’ve met. I have designed my life to be exactly what I desire using my mindset.
My passion lies in helping you (and your daughter) break free from people-pleasing tendencies and fostering unshakable confidence. As a mother, I have great respect for other women raising confident and authentic children, especially daughters. I’m committed to helping women nurture a generation of daughters who radiate authenticity.
