Danielle Gaebel is the Founder and Executive Director of Superfine Synergy, a nonprofit community devoted to trauma-informed somatic practices, nervous system support, and meaningful connection for women navigating life’s challenges and transitions.
After years of personal healing and professional training, Danielle came to understand that lasting change often involves both insight and embodiment.
While mindset work can bring powerful awareness and new perspectives, she found that integrating body-based practices created deeper and more sustainable shifts. Through movement, breath, guided rest, and other somatic tools, she experienced firsthand how reconnecting with the body can support emotional processing, nervous system balance, and a renewed sense of vitality.
Danielle is a Certified Mindset Coach, JourneyDance® Facilitator, Trauma-Informed Yoga Nidra Guide, Moonologer, and Kundalini Dance Facilitator. She has also trained in somatic stress release, hypnosis, and trauma-informed practices that support nervous system balance and embodied awareness.
Through Superfine Synergy, Danielle facilitates classes, workshops, and community experiences that invite women to slow down, move, rest, and rediscover curiosity, creativity, and joy in supportive, judgment-free spaces.
