I’ve always been the friend everyone comes to. The secret holder. The one who listens without judgment and helps people see what they can’t see on their own. Turns out, that’s exactly what makes a good coach.
What lights me up? People who want to be brave enough to say “F*** it, I’m going for it.” The ones who refuse to settle, go against the grain, and ignore everyone else’s expectations because they know, deep down, that it’s not good enough. Those are my people. I see myself in you.
Again and again in life, I’ve looked ahead at a new big adventure, knowing it was time for a change. But defining the jump? That was the hard part.
That’s where my coach came in. She helped me see what I couldn’t see, asked the questions I was avoiding, and held up a torch when I was standing in the dark. She didn’t do the work for me, but she helped me pave my own path forward.
Now? I help other people do the same.
And if you don’t feel ready, or something is holding you back, I believe in you. Even if you don’t believe in yourself yet.
